As a co-organiser of an architecture student competition, I played a pivotal role in designing and executing the entire project. My responsibilities included writing the competition brief and creating graphic explanatory materials, which were essential for communicating the competition's objectives and requirements to the participants.

I also designed and produced a website for the competition, which served as a central hub for participants to access all the necessary information and submit their entries. The website was intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing, attracting a substantial number of participants.

In addition to website design and production, I also took charge of communication with the jury, the participants, and the funders. I ensured that all stakeholders were kept informed and updated on the progress of the competition. I also advertised the competition on various networks, including social media, online forums, and university notice boards.
As part of the competition's organisation, I facilitated a jury meeting and handled competition materials, including entries, judging criteria, and scoring sheets. I ensured that the judging process was fair and transparent and that all entries were evaluated in a timely manner. I also provided mentorship and guidance to the participants throughout the competition, answering any questions they had and addressing any concerns that arose.
The competition jury included Dipl.-Ing. Henning Klattenhoff from Assmann Planen Beraten, Dipl.-Ing. Christoph Meyn, the President of the Architektenkammer MV, Dipl.-Ing. Jana Sprockhoff from Egger Holzwerkstoffe Wismar GmbH & Co.KG, Gesa Haroske from Hochschule Wismar, Hella Stein from the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment MV, and Wilhelm Unnerstall from Unnerstall Holzmarketing GmbH.

During the competition, I had the privilege of communicating with the jury and hosting the jury meeting. It was an exciting opportunity for me to observe their expert opinions and hear their valuable feedback on the entries. The meeting was a great success, and we were able to select the best entries that demonstrated outstanding creativity and excellence in timber construction design.
The focus of the North German Wooden Construction Days was the "PARASIT wooden construction" competition, which culminated in an exciting award ceremony at Wismar University on Friday 21.04.23. The winners were presented with certificates and awards for their exceptional projects, which were exhibited and appreciated by the conference attendees.
